Philip Diehl joined the Eagle Creek team in October 2014, and their eCommerce program has never been the same since. Taking a holistic approach and focusing on the entire customer journey has allowed Eagle Creek’s ecommerce business to grow rapidly in the past 3 years, giving Eagle Creek a strong position to gain market share and even enter new markets. Outside of managing the online business Philip is a challenger of the status quo, always encouraging growth within individuals and his organization, to continually drive new thoughts that inspire innovation.
