This is a highly interactive workshop that will take you through an abbreviated learning cycle that will get you to identify the riskiest assumptions in a product/idea, design tests for the assumptions and analyze/apply insights gained from running the tests to the idea/product in preparation for the next cycle. In other words, this workshop will get you to experience the iterative process that is central to the MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
Attendees to this workshop will ideally be early-stage entrepreneurs who are interested in applying lean methodologies to their business.
We strongly encourage you to read the "The Lean Startup" by Eric Ries (
http://theleanstartup.com/book), prior to attending the workshop.
NOTE: Attendees change schedules all the time, often right up until the start of the event. This means wait-listed attendees always have a shot. We strongly encourage attendees to add events to their schedule - wait-listed or not.
