The goal of this session is to explain tools you can use to work with federal labs to access innovative research. We'll walk through the main mechanisms that federal labs use for Technology Transfer: the Patent License Agreement and the Cooperative Research and Development Agreement. We'll discuss broader areas of work the lab conducts, giving a few specific examples in each area.
