From Commodore 64 to the Cloud, programming has been my passion. I started as an engineer, climbed my way to the top, and have now expanded my team and product dramatically. This was accomplished not only through hard work, but a systematic approach to growth. I have used this model to excel not only my career, but those working with me through a collaborative, innovative, and culture driven climate at MindTouch.  

This talk will share how I found my footing as CTO and shaped engineering at MindTouch. My hope is to help and inspire fellow entrepreneurs on their startup journey by delivering actionable insights to self and team expansion.
