Dr. Prescott will be discussing tools and strategies for startups looking to do business with the DoD. In particular, she will how the National Security Technology Accelerator functions to support and drive innovation in the military.
Dr. Russell the CTO of SPAWAR, will provide a talk titled "Collaboration: SSC Pacific in the San Diego Innovation Ecosystem and the Future UxS Naval Force." His talk will cover the future of Naval UxS R&D efforts and the growing collaborations between users and UxS and future challenges. SPAWAR is one of the leading entities responsible for developing, purchasing, and deploying cutting edged robotics technology to the US Navy.
