Technology Development at the Intersection of the Genome and Computer Science

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

This event will focus on the intersection of Computer Science, Genomics and Personalized Medicine. As genomic sequencing is becoming more affordable to the masses it will continue to create new industries and revolutionize current ones. The data that is produced from a single genome is astronomical and is only useful if you are able to analyze the data. If personalized medicine is going to become a reality there will need to be a large number of life scientist and computer scientists working in collaboration to make this possible. Come llisten to the Chief Technology Officer of Human Longevity talk about the opportunties in this space and how you can get involved.
