San Diego Startup Week

There are many practices employed by startups to bring their products to as many markets as soon as possible. But you don't have to be a startup to benefit from rapid prototyping, building MVP's, and analytics. Our company, Sosolimited, is a design studio specializing in media sculptures and data visualizaiton - not a startup. But when we're pitching to new clients we employ startup methodologies to win them over quickly. Our aim in pitching is to give them a demo, not a deck. In this talk I'll go over some of our favorite tricks and pitches that helped us out-maneuver competitors that were many times our size and better known.
