I am an eldercare planning consultant. I assist individuals and families prepare for and manage the challenges of aging. My unique service model bridge medicine, (healthcare), law, (estate planning), financial services, benefits, incapacity (life care planning), understanding family dynamics, end of life care planning, spirituality and aging to preserve and protect quality of life, quality of care and quality end of life care.

After serving as the primary caregiver for seven family members, I developed a business model and a service model designed to help people avoid or mitigate the tragedy of elder abuse, preserve family relationships, and afford aging parents and adult children the peace of mind in a complex aging services behemoth that few understand.

I combine skills in patient advocacy, geriatric care management, legal assistance, personal care, organizing and fiduciary management to coordinate planning and preparation as the needs of aging individuals change.

Presently working on a certificate in fiduciary management through Cal-State Fullerton. After that-- I hope to undertake a certificate in Case Management through UCSD Extension.
